100% Remote - Contractor (No benefits)
Compensation:
Base Salary: $12,000 MXN net per month
Commissions: Monthly Bonus Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Research: Identify potential clients, conduct research, and initiate initial outreach to present the company's services.
Presentation Development: Create and tailor compelling presentations for client meetings and proposals.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Collaboration with Recruiters:



Work closely with recruitment teams to align business opportunities with staffing needs.
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (or currently completing studies).
Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in customer service
Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency is required (written and spoken).
**Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment management platforms is a plus.
