**Role Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and sustain Actual Manufacturing Cost models
- Updates Flexible Production Capacity analysis
- Execute updates of productivity utilization projects into standards
- Helps Mfg. to calculate Cost reduction by unit for projects
- Owner of BOM accuracy, and earn hours
- Sustains product / Cost structure in SAP
- Support accuracy for Activity rates
- Works with operation and SC to define planning capacity in SAP
- Support manufacturing projects that link into SAP / PN structure
**Experiences/Education - Required**:
- Bachelor's in Industrial or other Engineering / Technical field of study
- 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing

- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
- Proficient English
- SAP Knowledge.

**Experiences/Education - Desired**:
- Certified Green Belt.
- Data analytical software (SPSS, Minitab, SPC XL).
- Knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools (AME, KT, Lean).
- Strong Leadership Skills to effectively manage cross functional teams
- Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab/SPC XL, Visio, Mind Map)
- Project Management experience
- Self-motivated, independent, versátil, quick learner
