We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an **Oracle Cloud SCM Solutions Architect** to join our team in Mexico. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, working on all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expertise in **Oracle Cloud SCM** solutions, including **Procure to Pay (P2P)**, **Order to Cash (O2C)**, **Manufacturing & Cost Management**, **Product Management**, **Inventory Management**, **Supply Chain Planning**, and **WMS**.
- Lead and manage complex support endeavors, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define team structures and estimate project requirements.
- Stay current on architecture trends and best practices in the SCM space.
- Author, edit, and present technical documents to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide clear guidance.
- Work on multiple concurrent support clients, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
- Lead customer training sessions to educate clients on best practices and system functionalities.




- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and self-driven.
**Qualifications**:
- **5+ years of experience** in at least two of the following **Oracle Cloud SCM** products:
- Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Oracle Order to Cash (O2C)
- Manufacturing & Cost Management
- Product Management
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- WMS
- **Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM and/or Manufacturing (MFG)** is highly preferred.
- At least **3 years of experience** in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency, specifically in SCM.
- Strong understanding of support methodology and experience in solution estimation.
- Proven ability to manage complex and large-scale support projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
