**Key Qualifications**:
- **4+ years of professional React Native development** experience, including deep expertise in **JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript**, and the broader React ecosystem.
- Strong **React Native architecture** knowledge, including UI frameworks, state management, and performance optimization techniques.




- **Fluent English** is essential for effective communication with our clients and stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- **Experience with E-Commerce Platforms**: Familiarity with payment gateways, real-time transactions, and product catalogs is highly valued.
- **Startup Experience**: Proven ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
- **Availability for Overtime**: Willingness to work additional hours as needed, with compensatory time off (lighter workdays) to maintain work-life balance.
- Exposure to **native mobile development** (iOS/Android) is a plus, but not a requirement.
