**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, ensuring high-quality, scalable React Native solutions.
- Make strategic and tactical technical decisions to guide the development of complex projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage regular release cycles (bi-weekly deployments) during off-peak hours, ensuring seamless product updates and continuous improvement.
- Be a driving force in the fast-paced, startup-like culture, where adaptability and speed are key to success.
- Actively contribute to the technical vision and culture of the team, setting high standards for performance, code quality, and execution.
**Key Qualifications**:




- Demonstrated experience in **leading technical teams**, **designing technical solutions**, and **guiding the development of complex mobile projects.**:
- Expertise in making **architectural and technical decisions**with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Proven experience working in high-growth **startups**, where fast-paced execution and adaptability are paramount.
- Strong **communication skills** and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Fluent in English**, as you will be directly communicating with international clients and teams.
- Ability to handle frequent meetings and maintain strong team alignment.
- Availability for night-time deployments twice a month (compensated with lighter working days when applicable).
- **Experience in mobile development**, with specific experience in **e-commerce** solutions and large-scale enterprise environments.
