Sunrise Communities is looking to hire an Accountant (CPA) to join our fast-growing team.
**As an Accountant you will**:
- Prepare and review the individual property and coporate monthly financials.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
- Enter and reconcile balance sheet accounts in Rent Manager and Quickbooks Online (QBO).
- Review bank accounts for cash flow management and needed capital calls.
- Coordinate with management staff related to Capital Improvement Projects.
- Process AP and make timely payments to vendors.
- Review and process property tax payments for properties in multiple states.
- Expand your technical and professional knowledge.

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- You have a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
- 5+ Years Real Estate Accounting Experience.
- Knowledge of Rent Manager, QBO and AP systems.
