**Job Summary**
We are hiring for a **Customer Service role** with a **hybrid work model** — a few days at the office and a few days working from home. **All equipment is provided.**
**Location**: Office based in **Mexico City.**
**Work Modality**: Hybrid (equipment provided)
**Schedule**: Rotating shifts (**availability from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.**)
**Daytime schedule of 8 hours from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.**
You will support customers by resolving inquiries, assisting with account issues, and delivering **high-quality service** through various communication channels. This is a **performance-driven and professional work environment.**
**Requirements**:
- English level 90-100% (native preferred).
- Must have availability to work rotating shifts within the schedule mentioned.
- Must have the ability to provide professional customer service and communicate effectively by phone.
- At least 1 year of job stability in your most recent employment.
- Must **reside in Mexico City or the State of Mexico.**:

**Base salary of $16,700MXN+ bonuses + meal vouchers + restaurant vouchers.**
**There is a 3-month training period, fully paid.** We ask for **availability between 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.** for your training.
