**Job Summary**:
We are hiring bilingual agents with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, and billing to join our team at logistics company.
**Deadline to apply: July 1st, 2025, no later than 6:00 PM Pacific Time.**
**Requirements - AR / Collections Role**
- English level 90-100% (native preferred). Living in the U.S. is a plus.
- Must reside in any part of **Mexico** (living in Mexico is mandatory).
- **Must have full computer setup: good computer, camera, headset, and reliable internet.**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in: accounts receivable, payments, billing, collections, and customer service in a **call center** (mandatory).
- Previous experience working from home is required.
- Available for virtual interviews on **July 2, 2025**.
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Receivable including invoice verification, payment follow-up, and collections.
- Communicate with clients and debtors to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor aging reports and identify potential risks or discrepancies in accounts.
- Handle Notice of Assignment (NOAs), UCC filings,



and debtor verifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AR documentation issues and disputes.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems accordingly.
**Benefits**:
- Base salary of **$20,000 MXN per month, increasing to $25,000 MXN per month after one year without law benefits.**
- There is a possibility of bonus schemes based on metrics achieved once you start in the project; details will be provided directly at that time.
- 100% remote work (permanent home office).
- **Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time, U.S.)**
- **You will be an Independent contractor. You will have one month to register for tax invoicing with SAT after being hired**
- If hired through New Comienzos, you will have additional benefits as a contractor with us, which will be explained on your first day of training.
