**End Line Specialist**
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree (TSU) in Electromechanics or a related field.
- A valid professional certification or license in the relevant field is preferred.
**Position Summary**:
The End Line Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical End Line equipment used in can manufacturing. Previous experience in End Line operations within the can manufacturing industry is mandatory.
**Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the productivity and quality output of End Line machines according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues.
- Read and interpret production order (PO) sheets accurately.
- Inspect finished ends for quality and accuracy.
- Locate, clear, and troubleshoot equipment jams.
- Interpret messages and statuses on control panels.
- Perform routine maintenance and address mechanical issues.
- Lead maintenance activities during line changeovers.
- Train and assist team members in daily production tasks, including product changes, housekeeping, and visual quality checks.
- Train technicians on process troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate knowledge of shell presses, liners, and conversion presses.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




- Comply with all Health & Safety and environmental standards, including ISO 14001 and BRC requirements.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- **Proven experience in the End Line department of a can manufacturing facility is required.**:
- Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse systems.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Understanding of occupational health & safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection regulations.

Pay: $500.00 - $600.00 per hour
