The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the production of goods and services in the company. He/she works closely with other managers and team leaders to ensure that production objectives are met and efficiency is maintained in the production process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for quality control in the production departments.
- Finding ways to do what the organization has defined as important.
- Planning the work to be done.
- Provide feedback and coaching to supervisors.
- Must thrive and see value in a leadership role.
- Train supervisors and empower them.
- Help supervisors promote and follow new ideas and methods.
- Monitor and control the KPI's of the production areas.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process and take corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and maintain plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements**:




- 10 years in manufacturing Industry.
- 5 years of experience as a production manager
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced: MS office (Excel, power point, Word)
- Experience in digital printing, maintenance and change of printing machine heads.
- Experience in ONYX, Color Print and RIP software.
