**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**
The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Reciente Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the project team allocated to the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk,



and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, administrator, electrical or similar engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in similar position as associate project manager.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerBi and different automation software tools.
- Customer care, automation, and improvement of current processes.
- Ability to interface and build strong relationships with customers and management
- English fluency is required for the rol.
