Warehouse Supervisor - Tijuana Maquiladora
We are seeking an **organized, dynamic, and committed Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee all warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain compliance with workplace safety and material quality standards.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Design the warehouse layout and organize material distribution.
- Assign and identify storage areas for raw materials.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records for raw materials and finished goods (daily and monthly).
- Implement and manage the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
- Supervise loading and unloading of finished goods and import/export materials.
- Conduct CTPAT 17-point inspections.
- Distribute materials to production lines as required.
- Plan and manage consumable material requirements.
- Oversee labeling and packaging of finished products.
- Verify and maintain forklifts on a daily basis.
- Implement and sustain 5S standards.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities.




- Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Experiência y requisitos
- English proficiency, spoken and written (minimum 75%).
- High school diploma or technical degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
- Proven work experience.
- Skilled in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Dynamic and proactive.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Team-oriented.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
