**The role**:
The **HR Trainee Specialist** will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various activities, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate effective HR operations and enhance employee engagement across Nestlé.
**What you’ll do**:
As an **HR Trainee Specialist**, you will:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, helping to foster a positive workplace culture.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance talent management.

**What will make you a great fit?**- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Nice to have: Previous internship experience in HR or related field, exposure to HR software and tools.
