We specialize in lead generation for the most recognized American insurance companies. Hispand was founded in 2008 and started working from home in 2019.
***What You’ll Do**:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
- Assist with Payroll
- Prepare reports, manage documents, and update databases.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Assist the HR and Operations departments.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments.

**Requirements**:
***What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (at least 6 months).
- English Intermediate (B1-B2)
- Experience with the **QuickBooks** platform
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must have the equipment to work from home
