You are a project manager first. You own timelines, client relationships, deliverables, and accountability across every active engagement.
What sets this role apart is that you also have deep hands-on knowledge of GoHighLevel — which means you can build and troubleshoot directly instead of waiting on someone else. Combined with daily AI tool use, you operate faster and more independently than a traditional PM.

What You Will Own
Project Management
- Own timelines, weekly deliverables, and milestone tracking across multiple active client engagements
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the consulting lead and client support teams
- Prepare weekly status updates for each client — clear, concise, and action-oriented
- Flag blockers and risks early, always with a proposed solution
Client Onboarding
- Lead onboarding for new clients from kickoff through first deliverable
- Ensure every new client has a working system inside GHL within the first two weeks
- Maintain organized project documentation for every engagement in Google Drive
GoHighLevel
- Build and manage workflows for dental and DSO clients — triggers, branching logic, automations, custom fields, and pipelines
- Audit existing client GHL accounts and identify what is broken or missing
- Troubleshoot failed workflows — find the root cause, fix it, document it
- Build snapshots and templates for repeatable onboarding
- Train clients and team members on GHL as needed
Operations Support
- Document recurring processes as SOPs before they get repeated a second time
- Data entry, reporting, and administrative documentation as needed

Tools You Must Know on Day One
- **GoHighLevel (GHL)** — hands-on workflow builder level
- **Claude (AI)** — Claude Chat and Claude.ai for daily work: drafting, research, summarizing, client updates. Claude Cowork is how we collaborate internally. Claude Code is a strong plus.
- **Google Workspace** — Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail
- **Slack** — async team communication
- **Canva** — basic design support for client deliverables




- **ChatGPT** — familiarity expected; Claude is our internal standard

**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years in project management, operations coordination, or client success (required)
- Fluent English — written and verbal (required)
- Active daily user of AI tools — Claude Chat, Claude.ai, or equivalent (required)
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you have built automations yourself (required)
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience supporting U.S.based businesses preferred
- Dental, DSO, or healthcare industry familiarity is a strong plus
- Claude Cowork or Claude Code experience is a bonus

Compensation and Benefits
- **Base salary**: $32,000-$38,000 MXN/month (based on experience)
- **Payment schedule**: Bi-monthly, issued on the 3rd and 18th of each month
- **Performance review**: 90 days after start date; compensation eligible for increase
- **Paid time off**: 10 business days annually (includes 5 sick days)
- **Holidays**: U.S. federal holidays observed
- **Schedule**: Full-time, Monday-Friday, U.S. business hours (Mexico City time — no DST)
