About the Role We are looking for a Field Force Management Manager to cover a temporary job absence.
In this role, you will oversee our field operations, optimize budgets, and drive team performance to achieve business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBudget & Strategy Management: Oversee the Field Force (FF) budget, calculate investment and execution, and build a comprehensive FF investment strategy system.Performance & Incentive Management: Take full responsibility for FF management, including designing incentive plans to motivate the team toward better Sales Output (SO).
Cooperate with regional managers to analyze SO by stores and channels and follow up on strategies to increase in-store productivity.Supplier Management: Manage FF suppliers, collaborating closely with them on recruitment, promotions, and LDU management.Requirements & QualificationsWork Experience: 3 years or more of experience in Field Force Management.Professional Skills:Field Force management strategiesTraining managementSupplier managementSoft & Technical Skills:Presentation skillsData analytical skillsPowerPoint business reporting skillsCommunication skills
