Job Title: Senior AMS Support Consultant – Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite IndustrialLocation: RemoteExperience: 6–10 YearsAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Application Support Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team, supporting Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) for a manufacturing/distribution client environment.
This role owns L2/L3 support — incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and hands-on user support across core manufacturing ERP processes.Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy custom forms, DataViews, and IDOs using the Infor Mongoose framework- Build and maintain business logic, Event Handlers, and user-defined methods- Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers- Build operational reports using SSRS, SSIS, and Birst/BQL- Design integrations between SyteLine and external systems (CRM, MES, WMS) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware- Maintain data mapping, data loading, and migration routines- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting- Conduct UAT/regression testing; support patching and version upgrades (v8 → v9 → v10)- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



on recurring issues- Document technical specs, SOPs, and training guides- Ensure SLA adherence across ticket queuesRequired Skills & Experience- 6–10 years total IT/ERP experience- Minimum 4 years hands-on Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial- Minimum 3 years ERP AMS/production support experience- Strong SQL Server, T-SQL, and database administration skills (3+ years)- Working knowledge of Infor Mongoose framework and IDOs (preferred, 2+ years)- C# / VB.NET development experience- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations- Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, MRP/Production Planning, and Shop Floor Control modules- Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools, Azure DevOps or Jira- Manufacturing/Distribution industry background preferredSoft Skills- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability- Clear communication with business stakeholders- Comfortable in offshore/onshore support models- Able to manage multiple concurrent tickets under SLA pressure
