We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
About the Role The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team and ensure manufacturing equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
This position is responsible for preventive maintenance programs, equipment troubleshooting, resource planning, and supporting production goals through effective maintenance execution.
Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations with external vendors and contractors.
Manage maintenance-related budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting metrics.
Partner closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support operational objectives.
