As a role supporting PDMs, you will connect with Telco and System Integrators partners — translating Microsoft's regional strategy into a joint, multi-year revenue ambition and driving disciplined, inspectable execution quarter over quarter.
You will operate as the main point of contact for the set of partners defined: shaping the Partner Business Plan, connecting C-suite roles, orchestrating a cross-functional selling execution, and sustaining a consistent operating rhythm across renewals, co-sell, and Microsoft's frontier motions in AI Agents, Copilot, and Security.
Success is measured by quality of the partner business plans, clarity on goals and strategy with the partners, and the quality and reliability of execution.
