Position Title: Lead, Employee Relations, LATAM Location: Mexico City, Mexico (hybrid) Reports To: Director, Employee Relations Key Responsibilities • Employee Relations Counseling.
Proactively provide advice and support to business partners, employees and HR colleagues on a broad range of employee relations issues, including performance coaching, positive workplace relations, training and development and policy interpretation.
• Grievance Management.
Manage the grievance process, including facilitating meetings between employees and management and providing recommendations for resolution.
• Investigations.
Conduct thorough and confidential internal investigations into employee workplace conduct and policy violations, ensuring consistent documentation of findings, compliance with privacy laws and recommendation of appropriate corrective action.




• Policy Development English fluency also required for collaboration with global stakeholders • Strong understanding of — or demonstrated ability to quickly learn — labor and employment laws and regulations applicable to Mexico and other LATAM jurisdictions • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and conflict resolution skills • Ability to conduct confidential investigations and maintain discretion • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and/or accomplish work through others Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting a multi-country or integral workforce, including prior experience working within the LATAM region • Portuguese language skills or proficiency in additional languages a plus • Background in the consumer goods industry • Experience with employee relations software or HR technology platforms
