We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the full HR function for a leading automotive organization in Querétaro.
This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent pipelines, and partnering with leadership to navigate the evolving demands of a highly competitive manufacturing environment.
The idóneo candidate brings extensive experience across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Compensation Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles within the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector .
Strong understanding of labor relations, talent management, and organizational development in high-volume operations.
Experience partnering with senior executives and driving change in complex environments.
Advanced English proficiency.
