Position Overview We are looking for an Account Manager, Production Operations to act as the strategic and operational bridge between clients, account teams, creative teams and production functions.
This role evolves the traditional Production Planner position by combining client leadership, production workflow management and cross-functional coordination.
The adecuado candidate comes from a creative or integrated agency environment, has experience leading day-to-day client relationships, and possesses a strong understanding of production processes, content development, adaptation workflows, project delivery and stakeholder management.
This person will ensure projects move efficiently from briefing to delivery while maintaining full visibility of timelines, scope, resources, risks and client expectations.
