This is a regional role, partnering directly with senior business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and employee experience across multiple LATAM markets.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as strategic HR partner to senior leaders across LATAM business units, advising on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategyLead full-cycle HR support for a multi-country client group, including performance management, compensation planning, and employee relationsPartner with Talent Acquisition to support regional hiring plans and leadership pipeline developmentGuide managers through organizational change, restructuring, and change management initiativesEnsure compliance with labor law and employment regulations across multiple LATAM jurisdictions (e.G., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina,



Chile)Analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventionsChampion culture and employee engagement initiatives at a regional scaleAct as a trusted advisor and coach to people leaders, building manager capabilityWhat We're Looking For7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple LATAM countriesStrong working knowledge of labor law across at least two major LATAM marketsProven experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholdersFluency in English and Spanish required.Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizationsComfort with ambiguity and building process where none previously existedBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)This search is being conducted confidentially.
