Responsibilities
Support the technical roadmap for scalable, high-performance full-stack gaming initiatives.
Contribute to live-ops, incident management, reliability improvements, and service maintenance.
Design and deliver player-facing features by connecting Python/Django backend systems with Unity game clients.
Develop features hands-on across client and server codebases while maintaining code quality.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Analytics teams and facilitate technical discussions.
Identify and mitigate technical debt and operational bottlenecks.
Balance feature delivery with system health and support technical outcomes.
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional software development experience in gaming or large-scale live-service applications.
Solid backend engineering experience with Python and Django.
Strong production experience developing with Unity and C#.
Ability to support scalable system design and live-service operations.
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
Experience with data-driven content pipelines, performance optimization, and serialization workflows such as FlatBuffers and JSON.
Experience building player-facing features involving progression, social systems, live events, or monetization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
