Purpose: The Sales Engineer support commercial growth and program execution for automotive customers in North America.
This role operates at the intersection of engineering, sales, and program management, providing technical and analytical support to customer-facing activities while ensuring internal coordination, program discipline, and alignment with financial and operational objectives.
The position works closely with the Sales and Program Managers, cross-functional internal teams, manufacturing plants, and customers within the Customer Business Unit, to support RFQs, program execution, engineering changes, and ongoing account activities throughout the product lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program and Customer Support and Sales and Business Development Support.
Requirements: Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales engineering, program engineering,



or customer-facing technical role.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of automotive product development and program lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and interface professionally with customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Experience supporting RFQs, commercial offers, or customer negotiations.
• Exposure to program management systems and automotive customer requirements (OEM or Tier 1).
• Familiarity with cost structures, financial tracking, or engineering change processes.
