- Registros dentro del sistema de incidencias para generar tickets y atenderlos

Habilidades indispensables para el rol

- Paquetería office
- Conocimientos de desarrollo de software
- Carrera Técnica o Ingeniería en Informática, Sistemas, Desarrollo de Software o afín
- Disponibilidad para rolar turno 1,2 y 3.
- Conocimientos de servidores, sistemas operativos y base de datos
