Fortive’s Service Channel seeks a Business Analyst to deliver reporting, analytics, and insights driving Bob Evans account performance. You will partner with account management, operations, providers, and client stakeholders to analyze performance and recommend improvements. You will create recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations, analyze metrics, support QBRs/EBRs, and ensure data integrity across platforms. Strong Excel and BI tool experience, plus SQL familiarity, are preferred.
