Build financial scenarios and recommendations to support business decisions. Analyze performance trends and explain variances against plan and prior year. Partner with commercial and leadership teams to maximize growth and value creation. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in FP&A;, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong experience in profitability analysis, financial modelling, and business partnering. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
