Job Description
Operations Manager manages or assists with managing various production activities ncluding:
- Ensure compliance with Lear’s plans and objectives, in alignment with the established vision of Lear EPMS and adherence to customer requirements and expectations.
- Additionally, ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and procedures.
- Coordinate resources to meet performance metrics related to quality,
production, waste, cost, and delivery.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities typically include:
- Establish, plan, and control the annual Operations goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Quality systems and specific customer requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor the Plant’s production forecast and results to ensure efficiency and adherence to established targets.
- Ensure on-time delivery by meeting production schedules and coordinating Master Production Schedule meetings.
- Conduct and coordinate management reviews during Operations meetings.
- Include follow-up on action plans and continuous improvement projects in management reviews.
- Promote and ensure cleanliness, order, and discipline within the Plant.
- Prepare activity reports for Plant Management and Operations leadership.
- Promote integration and teamwork among direct reports and all employees.
- Ensure completion of performance evaluations for personnel under supervision.
- Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with efficiency walks (Gemba walks).

Education Requirements
Engineering Degree or any related.
Experience Requirements
+2-4 years of experience as Operations Manager in the Automotive Industry.
