We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator!

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate IT project activities, schedules, deliverables, and meetings.
- Track tasks, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and project performance indicators.
- Validate that technical solutions meet business requirements and project objectives.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Support backlog management and prepare materials for steering committees.
- Analyze CES, CSAT, and NPS indicators to improve the customer experience.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology,



Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO activities, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery models, SDLC, and ITIL 4.
- Experience using Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, data analysis, and dashboard development.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, organizational, attention-to-detail, and customer-focused skills.
