Role:

Providing outpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based setting, focusing on evaluating, treating, and restoring patient mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability.

Responsibilities

- Perform patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
- Educate patients and families about recovery goals
- Document treatments and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
