What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across Northern Mexico
- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to support business growth
- Lead a team of Field Service Engineers supporting ASMPT's customers across Northern Mexico.
Locations
- Guadalajara, Monterrey
Contract and Travel
- Full-Time
- 75-80% Travel
Requirements
- 7+ years in Field Service or Technical Support
- Experience leading technical teams
- SMT / Electronics Manufacturing experience
- Fluent in English & Spanish
