DiDi is seeking a Lead for Offline Acquisition within the Supply Growth organization. You will direct a field team across cities, aligning field execution with corporate targets while partnering with Product, Finance, and Operations to unlock delivery capacity.
You will design scalable field frameworks, optimize the Customer Acquisition Cost, and deploy automation to improve onboarding and field conversions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
