About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale Product Sourcer/Searcher to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning vendor catalogs, identifying profitable wholesale products, and compiling purchase orders. The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, a strong understanding of product profitability analysis, and the ability to work independently with precision and speed.

Responsibilities

- Scan and analyze vendor/supplier catalogs to identify profitable wholesale products for Amazon FBA
- Use Keepa, RevSeller, or similar tools to evaluate product profitability, sales rank, and pricing history




- Prepare and compile purchase orders based on sourcing analysis
- Monitor product performance metrics, competition, and pricing trends on Amazon
- Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA guidelines, restrictions, and category requirements
- Maintain organized records of sourced products, vendor communications, and order history
- Collaborate with the team to refine sourcing criteria and optimize purchasing decisions

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Amazon FBA product sourcer (wholesale model)
- Extensive, hands-on experience with Keepa (product research, sales rank analysis, price history)
- Proficiency with RevSeller or similar profit calculator tools (e.g., BuyBotPro, Scoutify)
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA fees, ROI calculations, and product eligibility
- Ability to efficiently process large vendor catalogs and identify high-potential products
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

- Experience with multiple Amazon marketplaces
- Familiarity with wholesale supplier negotiation and relationship management
- Knowledge of Amazon brand restrictions and gating processes
- Experience using inventory management or repricing tools
