Compensation and benefitsBase salary: $19,****** – $31,****** MXN gross per monthUnlimited sales bonus — no cap, tied directly to your performance.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Because our customers are in the U.S. and Mexico no longer observes daylight saving time, this schedule shifts by one hour — to 7:00 AM–4:00 PM — during the U.S. daylight saving period, roughly March through November.
What you'll doGenerate new business through compelling outreach to potential customers via phone, email, voicemail, and text, promoting the financial services we offerUnderstand each potential client's unique needs in order to close sales and meet performance metricsVerify customer application information and gather additional details when neededAchieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goalsUse active listening to build genuine connection, understand customer requirements, and finalize salesApply strong communication and negotiation skills to work through customer objectionsMaintain a professional demeanor and deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the sales processEnter customer data with strong attention to detailTake on other related duties as assignedHeads up on pace: this is a high-volume call center role.
You should be comfortable making 125+ calls per day.
