As we continue expanding across Latin America, we are looking for aSenior Marketing Managerto lead our regional marketing strategy and strengthen SHEGLAM's presence across the market.
What You'll Do:Develop and executeSHEGLAM's marketing and brand strategy across LATAM, aligned with regional business objectives.
Lead the annual regional marketing plan, includingintegrated online and offline campaigns.
Partner with Category and GTM teams to developlocal product launches, campaigns, and communication strategies.
Plan and executeoffline beauty and retail activations, including exhibitions, in-store promotions, consumer events, and brand experiences.
Work closely with Sales, Retail, Category, and HQ teams to ensure strong execution across LATAM markets.
Manage marketing agencies, media partners, event agencies, and other external partners.
Own and optimize theregional marketing budget, tracking campaign performance, ROI, and investment efficiency.
Build and strengthenSHEGLAM's brand image and regional marketing assets, ensuring global brand consistency while adapting to local consumer and market trends.
Monitorbeauty, consumer,



and competitive trendsacross LATAM to identify new opportunities for brand growth.What We're Looking For:5+ years of marketing experience, ideally withinbeauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
Proven experience developing and executingmarketing strategies across Latin America.
Strong background inbrand marketing, integrated campaigns, retail activations, and consumer marketing.
Experience managingagencies, budgets, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing investment.
Fluent English is required (Chinese is a plus)
Proactive, adaptable, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
