We have an outstanding opportunity for an early career professional at our Formica Mexico headquarters as a Marketing Specialist.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Implement and execute assigned initiatives such as specific marketing events; coordinate Formica Studio agenda: in collaboration with Sales, set the tour visit sessions.
• Implement and execute merchandising initiatives with key customers, based on the Marketing Plan.
Set metrics and tracking.
Execute improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with North America Marketing team members, according to the projects assigned (regional collateral & content, such as video campaigns, translations, etc.).
• Support marketing campaigns and product introductions into Mexican Market.
• Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in marketing,



management or any relevant field~4 years of proven experience in Marketing or Commercial areasAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyProblem-solving, analytic, results & action-oriented, teamwork playerProven analysis, tracking and follow-up skillsDemonstrate initiative and adaptabilityAdvanced written and spoken English & SpanishProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAvailable to work either at the Formica facilities and/or Formica Studio and/or remoteAvailable for traveling across domestic market, for trade activities including customer visitsPassion for design and curiosity.
