✅ As aClient Support Representative, you'll support assigned accounts and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Managemultiple daily communicationswhile maintaining service quality and accuracy
Support customers with quotes, booking confirmations, and shipment inquiries
Coordinate container tracking, returns, and per diem billing when applicable
✅ Full training and ongoing support are provided — you won't be expected to know everything on day one )Bachelor's degree inInternational Businessor equivalent experience
Around 1 year of experiencein an administrative, clerical, or customer support role (internships count!)
Comfortable usingMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel)
Advanced English(written and spoken)
