which include and not limited to:_- _ Design for Manufacturing_- _ Design for Assembly_- _ Design for Cost_- _ Design for Automation_- _ Design for X_- _ Analyze product specifications and select raw materials and components for production._- _ Construct models and prototypes, testing and validating designs._- _ Collaborate with manufacturing sites to ensure products meet design and customer expectations._- _ Study test data, compare with similar designs, and make informed assessments._- _ Develop and implement control systems for production monitoring._- _ Perform Root Cause Analysis, address defects, and execute DFMEA_The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Proficient on electrical mechanical experience_- _ Effective at communicating with customers, peers and support staff._- _ English speaking._- _ Excellent at problem solving and decision making._- _ Provide expertise for a variety of projects from design and prototyping to production manufacturing._- _ Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of product, components and systems_- _ Recommend technical capabilities required for the completion of projects_- _ Sheet metal design and manufacturing in low and high volume (soft and hard tooling).
