We are seeking a highly motivatedIndustrialization Quality Engineerto ensure the successful deployment of Quality Fundamentals throughout the industrialization process, enabling flawless and on-time product launches.
This role acts as a key facilitator between Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Offer Creation teams, and Quality organizations to drive robust industrialization processes, risk management, and compliance with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) standards.The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality methodologies, validating process robustness, managing quality risks, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment and execution of the 10 Quality Fundamentals during product and process industrialization.Support flawless product launches through proactive quality planning and risk mitigation.Ensure compliance with Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) and Industrialization processes.Facilitate implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies across projects.Collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Offer Creation teams, and Subject Matter Experts to achieve quality objectives.Drive process capability improvements and ensure manufacturing readiness.Develop and maintain quality deliverables throughout the industrialization phase.Review and validate industrialization quality gates and launch readiness criteria.Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing excellence programs.What are the key skills for success?
