**Retail Operational Manager - Iris Galerie Mexico; Quintan Roo****About Iris Galerie**:Iris Galerie is revolutionizing the art market, transforming the beauty of irises into mesmerizing high-quality works of art, delivering meaningful and unforgettable experiences to our guests.We are looking for our first Retail Manager in our mexican branch to lead the day-to day retail operations and ensure an exceptional customer journey in our galleries across key markets in North America.The Retail Operational Manager will oversee the retail experience by:- Managing day-to-day operations across all galleries- Monitoring KPIs to drive sales and achieve objectives- Leading and mentoring gallery managers and sales associates- Facilitating staff rotations and conducting interviews to build strong teams- Being an ambassador of Iris Galerie's values, ensuring high standards of customer experience are consistently met- Serving as liaison between local operations and the Paris head office, ensuring staff stays informed about new processes, training materials,
