**The Role**As an Employability Tutor, you will:- Deliver engaging, high-quality group and 1:1 sessions in employability and vocational qualifications such as Customer Service, Business Administration, and Adult Social Care.




- Mentor and support learners to achieve qualifications, embedding Maths, English, and employability skills.
- Track learner progress, set SMART targets, and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping learners overcome barriers to attendance, motivation, or performance.
- Work to Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and quality frameworks.Every day will be different from teaching and coaching to motivating and problem-solving with the chance to see the real difference you make in learners lives.
**About You**We re looking for someone who is:- Qualified to teach or train at Level 3 or above (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
- Experienced in delivering employability, functional skills, or vocational qualifications.
- Passionate about education and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Adaptable and organised, with strong communication and coaching skills.
- Confident with IT, learner tracking, and performance reporting.
