Involves performing a variety of accounting duties at intermediate level applying principles of accounting.General job description:Under general supervision performs the following activities:Ensures compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, norms, rules, and practices.Ensures proper administration of local statutory reporting, tax accounting requirements, and the filing of tax returns on a timely basis.Administers relationships with tax authorities, payroll service bureau, auditors, and other related agencies.Ensures that internal control of accounting systems are in place and maintained in order to safeguard the company assets and avoid liabilities.Prepares balance sheet account reconciliations of moderate complexity.Prepares cash receipts, disbursement journals, and accruals monthly.Prepares monthly cash flow forecasts and ensures that sufficient funds are always available to meet the company's liabilities.Keeps Manager updated on accounting related activities by submitting required reports and keeping the Manager informed on issues and changes in related laws and regulations.Prepares management information systems to aid in the control and development of the operation.May be required to perform other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in accounting.Proficiency in English (650 TOEIC points).
Local professional certification, if required.Minimum Experience:Three (3)
