This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate therapy professional who enjoys working with older adults and helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.Position DetailsPay: Starting at $*****–$***** per hourSchedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities availableLocation: San Bruno, CASetting: Skilled Nursing / Geriatric RehabilitationTeam: In-house rehabilitationWhat You'll DoProvide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility.Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, coordination, function, and independence.Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team.Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care.Encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process and promote dignity, safety,
