This role is adecuado for individuals with experience in sales and/or customer service who are confident communicators, enjoy connecting with people, and can manage leads efficiently.While the position includes some customer service tasks, this is primarily a sales-forward role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving results.This is a 100% remote position, open exclusively to candidates residing full-time in Mexico.Key Responsibilities- Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations- Conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote our products/services- Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions- Negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction- Learn and stay up to date on all product details in our catalog- Track leads, opportunities,



and activities using our CRM system- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet goals- Work independently with strong initiative and sound judgmentWhat We're Looking For- Advanced English (spoken, written, and listening)- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role- Strong computer and system navigation skills (CRM experience preferred)- Ability to multitask effectively - Positive and professional communication style- Fast typing skills- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyNice-to-Have (Not Required)- Experience with outbound calls- Prior experience supporting U.S. customers- Goal-driven mindset or sales training backgroundWhy This Role Is a Great Opportunity- Fixed monthly base salary- Uncapped commissions- 100% remote position - work from anywhere in Mexico.
