SaaS Client SpecialistLocation: Remote - MexicoSchedule: Full-Time, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern TimeMonday-Friday | Availability during Eastern Time business hours requiredAbout the RoleWe're seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and client-focused SaaS Client Specialist to join a rapidly growing company in the technology space.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients to help them maximize platform adoption, optimize learning content, deliver training initiatives, and achieve their business goals through an innovative SaaS platform.What You'll DoClient Success & EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their journey.Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for assigned accounts.Conduct regular client meetings, health checks, and platform adoption reviews.Provide recommendations and best practices to help clients maximize platform value.Support client initiatives and ensure successful delivery of services and projects.Training & Platform AdoptionDeliver virtual training sessions, workshops, and platform demonstrations.Create custom guides, action plans, and training materials.Support onboarding and ongoing enablement activities.Help clients navigate the platform and adopt new features effectively.Encourage engagement and long-term platform utilization.Content & Managed Services SupportReview existing learning materials and content for accuracy and effectiveness.Identify opportunities to improve or reorganize content and learning experiences.Create and manage platform assets, forms, and content.Execute platform health checks and audits.Assist with client projects and deliverables.Client Support & Cross-Functional CollaborationTrack and coordinate client requests and support tickets.Partner with Product, Support,



and Operations teams to address client needs.Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.Communicate client feedback and improvement opportunities internally.Help proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact clients.What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, SaaS Support, Implementation, Training, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.Strong English communication skills are required.
You must be comfortable leading meetings, delivering presentations, conducting training sessions, and building relationships with English-speaking clients.Comfortable learning and working within software platforms and technology solutions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience using AI tools in a professional environment is highly preferred!
Nice to HaveExperience in Customer Success within a SaaS company.Knowledge of the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Technology industries.Experience conducting customer reviews, health checks, or adoption programs.Compensation & BenefitsWe'd love to understand your salary expectations or desired compensation range as part of the application process.
Compensation for this role is currently being finalized and will ultimately depend on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.We offer flexibility based on your preferred engagement model:Payroll: 12 vacation days, 15-day Christmas bonus equivalent, major medical insurance, life insurance, IMSS enrollment, and company-provided laptop.Direct Contractor (Prestador de Servicios): 12 vacation days, 15-day Christmas bonus equivalent, major medical insurance, accounting support, and company-provided laptop.
