This role focuses on managing and developing technology and support roadmaps, communicating technical specifications, and driving continuous quality improvement.Your primary responsibilities will include:Develop Technology Roadmaps: Manage and develop technology roadmaps for selected products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
This involves collaborating with development, services delivery, and service planning teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.Drive Quality Improvement: Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, focusing on supplier commodity field performance, tooling, and delivery.
This includes analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Communicate Technical Specifications: Communicate technical specifications to stakeholders, ensuring that products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
This involves working closely with quality teams to ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility directives.Improve Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve warranty and post-warranty service delivery, reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.Analyze Product Performance: Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement, driving actions to improve results for the product or IoT.Required educationBachelor's DegreePreferred educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseExposure to Technical Development: Experience working with development teams on early product development, serviceability, and quality management, with a focus on technology convergence and qualification.Quality Management Knowledge: Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives, including supplier commodity field performance, tooling, and delivery,



as well as environmental compliance and supply chain social responsibility directives.Technical Communication Skills: Experience communicating technical specifications to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.Service Delivery Exposure: Exposure to warranty and post-warranty service delivery, including cost reduction and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.Data Analysis Skills: Experience analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving actions to enhance product performance.Preferred technical and professional experienceTechnology Convergence Knowledge: Exposure to technology convergence and qualification, with an understanding of how to manage and develop technology roadmaps for selected products.Quality Improvement Initiatives: Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives, including supplier commodity field performance, tooling, and delivery, as well as environmental compliance and supply chain social responsibility directives.Technical Specification Communication: Experience communicating technical specifications to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.ABOUT BUSINESS UNITIBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
