A Coverage Lead will be heavily involved in supporting coverage specialists in all offices in areas such as personnel management, daily execution and innovation for the department.
You will be an integral partner across the organization, working cross functionally with the Carrier Capacity and Biz Dev teams to ensure an unwavering commitment to Customer Obsession is metWhat You'll DoWeekday duties:Train/Coach/Mentor young tenured reps in the department, particularly out of our satellite officesAssist with team personnel performance managementPlaying an active role in the hiring process for our team.
I.E. interviewing candidates, selecting qualified candidates for the role, etc.True go-getter and sales leaderAbility to self-motivate and drive team productivity dailyAbility to prioritize tasks effectivelyAssess workload and delegate responsibilitiesWillingness to proactively communicate problematic lanes, process, and additional pain points to business stakeholdersRegularly report to leadership on team's metrics,
