Responsibilities
Support live-operations initiatives and provide backend support before and after game and content releases.
Coordinate with game design throughout the lifecycle of updates and content releases.
Lead incident management, reliability hardening, and operational readiness for production systems.
Drive the backend technical roadmap and scalable, high-performance architecture for live mobile games.
Design and deliver high-impact features spanning server-side logic and game client requirements.
Unblock Product, Design, QA, and Analytics teams, facilitate technical discussions, and provide mentorship.
Contribute hands-on feature development across client and server codebases while maintaining code quality.
Identify and mitigate technical debt, operational bottlenecks, and performance issues.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software development experience in gaming or large-scale live-service applications.
Deep backend engineering expertise with high-level server-side languages and frameworks.
Experience collaborating with game client engineers,



including Unity/C#, on integrated full-stack features.
Proven experience designing scalable systems and managing live-service operations.
Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure and modern CI/CD practices.
Experience with content pipelines and performance optimization.
Experience building and supporting player-facing features such as progression, social systems, live events, and monetization.
Experience leading technical planning and execution and managing technical roadmaps in complex cross-functional environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, mentorship, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
