Give Me the Basics!

* Location: On-site in Hermosillo, Sonora
* Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week with 9.5-hour shifts and 2 days off
* Operating Hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Sonora Time)
* Pay: Up to $20,000 MXN monthly
* Base Salary: $16,000 MXN
* Performance Bonus: Up to $4,000 MXN
* Training: Paid training, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:36 PM

Requirements:

* Middle School
* Fluent English and Spanish
* Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
* Comfortable using multiple systems while assisting customers
* Customer service or call center experience preferred

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers with:

* Missing orders
* Returns and exchanges
* Refund requests
* Website access issues
* General account and service inquiries

You'll use your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive customer experience and help resolve issues efficiently.
